MOUNT CARMEL - The Mount Carmel Area Board of Education took time during its recent meeting to recognize a longtime member for a quarter century of dedication to the district.
Robert Muldowney, who serves as vice president of the board, was presented with a plaque honoring his 25 years of service. The recognition highlighted his commitment to students, staff and the community throughout his tenure.
